I also had problems registering VisualSVN.
I tried this method and solved my problems. Follow these steps.
- Uninstall previous installation of VisualSvn
- Find the path HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ VisualSVN in the registry and delete it
- Find the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ VisualSVN in the registry and delete it
- For x64, remove the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Wow6432Node \ VisualSVN
- Reinstall VisualSvn and register your license.
Note. If you run the VisualSVN server on the same development machine, you will also find the information used by VisualSVN Server in the same path. They should not be deleted ....
As always, when you mess with the registry editor, back up everything you touch and be very careful which keys you press. Of course, I cannot be sure that this will solve your problem, I would like to know.
