How to register a breakpoint on a clock expression change event in Intellij Idea?

Can this be done? I cannot understand this through the expression Expression Evaluation or Watch.

For example, I observe this expression name.equals("whatever") , and the method is called many times, the name is its argument ... And I would like to stop execution when it becomes TRUE.

Place a breakpoint as usual, then right-click it -> Properties. In the dialog box that opens, there is a field "Condition", here you can put your expression.
