How to force PDF to display in Google Chrome using only the Adobe PDF Plug-In

I encountered a problem while displaying a pdf file in Google Chrome. The problem is that Chrome shows some PDF pages as black.

This happens when the Chrome PDF Viewer is turned on. If you disable this plugin and use the Adobe PDF Plug-In, it works great.

Is there a way to display a PDF file in Google Chrome using the Adobe PDF Plug-In only.

AS I'm displaying a PDF using an HTML object tag, is there any option that causes Chrome to display PDF using the Adobe PDF Plug-In?

There is no way for a website to force the browser to use one visualizer: all decisions are made on the client side. As you noted, by disabling the Chrome PDF plugin, the Adobe plugin is the plugin up, but this is a decision that the user will have to make.

However, if you have a PDF with rendering problems that you can provide, write the error at http://new.crbug.com/ . I will be happy to put it in front of the right sorting command.

The only way you can be 100% so that all users can open the PDF correctly is to download the PDF file.

Use some headers inside your apache or backend.

Example for Apache fooobar.com/questions/1400357 / ...
