Providing POCOs as a Web Service Using IOC - Alternatives to Spring.net WebServiceExporter?

Spring.net used to have excellent support for web services , I really liked the ability to use IOC with existing web services. Allowing them the ability to seamlessly change across Dev, Test, and Prod environments.

This was perfect as we used the spring.net IOC and validation framework.

Now we are using Castle Windsor and no longer need spring.net.

What alternative can we use to get the same web services features we got from spring.net, namely: Providing POCOs as web services and the ability to use IOC with a web service?

Windsor has a WCF Integration Facility that accomplishes a similar goal.
