How to use thin specific cli parameters in rails server

I use thin and run it through rails server thin . (If I run thin separately, I have 2 logs (rails and thin log) and no stacks in some cases.) If I try to run it with the -S /var/tmp/thin/thin.sock option, the rails server complains, that this is not a valid option.

try switching to a thin command:

 thin -S=/var/tmp/thin/thin.sock
