Is there a way to download the LaunchAgent software plan?

I am looking for an alternative way to use NSTask / system () to run "launchctl load (plist)". Is there an API for this? Something like CFLaunchdHelper or NSLaunchd. I tried the search but could not find it, and the TN2083 has no information about this.
