Deal after setting settings from Cydia

I made an app and mobilesubstrate tweak using Theos by DHowett. Tweak is a subproject of the application. I tested it on my iPhone, everything works fine. Then I made a Cydia repository and uploaded my project. The problem is that when I install the application from Cydia, it does not overwrite my iPhone. It just shows the "Return to Sidia" button. So I have to manually rewrite my iPhone for it to work. I have two control files in each project, I suggest I somehow change them, but I do not know how:

I have found a solution. I would suggest adding Depends: mobilesubstrate to the Packages.gz file in the repo. After that, it appears after installation.
