Application Validation Error: Unable to create configuration directory: /user/username/.itmstransporter

I recently switched to another computer for my programming. it was another college computer and was not reformatted. I installed xCode on it. This is the first time I have tried to update our application on this machine. I have archived w / out errors and I have verified w / out errors. when I go to send, I get these two errors:

* Unable to create configuration directory: /Users/username/.itmstransporter

* Your home folder must be writable to save configuration data at runtime. please make sure your home folder exists and is writable.

I'm not a Mac OS person and can barely get by on a mac. checked by a colleague, and I have read / write permissions for the / Users directory.

Can I fix this or do I need to reinstall xCode or OS?

I believe this is because your username on this computer cannot be written to your home directory (some like) ..

Try opening the search box and "get information" in your home folder. (from finder, Cmd-N opens a window, right-click on the left folder, which is your username, that is, your home folder, and select β€œGet Information.” Right-clicking may not work if it doesn’t work, use ctrl -Click.)

In the Get Info dialog box below, you'll see the Sharing and Permissions section, you may need to rotate the triangle by clicking on it. In the list, make sure that your username has read and write attributes, if not, you need to add them by logging in as an administrator and changing them.

This photo is for reference only, but you can see that justin (me) has "Read and Write", this is what you need in your home directory.
