Refinement of the QRCode BlackBerry Messenger format.

I am currently developing a web application that should generate a QRCode from a BlackBerry user PIN.

I can generate QRCodes using PHP, but I don’t understand the format that BBM reads with QRCodes, which is: bbm: [PIN] [some digits] [display name]

What are the numbers after [PIN]? Is it just random numbers or a checksum? Are there any additional things that can be put into a QRCode? I tried for many hours to work on the Internet, but did not find anything.

Thanks for your help.

At first I thought about the same thing as @Mister Smith, but I tried several different PIN codes and contact information, and then I tried this in several different BBM QR code generators. The only thing that seems to be stored with all of them: bbm: 12345678, where 12345678 is the PIN code. Further (in my case, 42ec1444 on one reader and 42ec1444aaaa, where the username aaaa was entered), it seems, is not required. This is definitely not a checksum, as 42ec1444 remains, no matter which username or PIN I have selected on several online QR generators for BBM QR codes.
