New tab width and timeline app logo

It seems the new timeline for the page will allow application tabs to work on a wider canvas. Right now, my tab apps are still working in an iframe with a width of 520 pixels. Does anyone know if there is a way to change this?

In addition, the required application image is still 75x75px. I hope that Facebook will soon allow us to upload images in the format of new tabs, which seem to be about 110x75 pixels.

Check the tab settings ( https://developers.facebook.com/apps/<APPID>/summary ) for the "Page bookmark width" field. Your two options: 520 and 810px.

The documented tab width is 810px, but I am measuring the containing div as 779px. Not sure what the official width is, but I would go with 810px as long as it's available in the app settings.

The size of the tabs is 111x74px, and Jimmy is right - you need to add a larger image on the page itself. Installing a large icon in an FB application will limit it to 75x75px. After the tab is on the FB page, expand your favorites and hover over the tab, click the pencil icon and go to "Edit Settings". You can add a custom tab image that is 111x74px.

Regarding logo size, here's what I observe:

The default application icon is 75x75 pixels. So here you are limited to a width of 75 pixels.

But you can customize the tab image and use the full space for each page by going to https://developers.facebook.com/pages/tab_image?pid=_PAGE_ID_&app_id=_APP_ID_

I found this from this SO answer: What is the size of the new Facebook icon on the application page

I would really like to have a full-sized image that does not need to be set for each page.

Update 5/7/2012

Now you can upload a 111 x 74px image for all tabs on the application settings page. It was called "Page Page Image." (It is by default used by default for an application icon if it is not installed.)

You can still customize the image of the page tab of the page based on the URL above or through the application API. The property is custom_icon or custom_icon_url . Read the docs

Here is a message showing how to edit a tab image. It goes step by step, very clearly illustrated: http://www.wendymoore.net/2012/03/facebook-fan-page-timeline-how-to-edit-a-tab-image/

The simple answer: yes, you can place the image of the 111x74 tab directly on the fan page, and not on the application page, by clicking on the triangle in the far right corner of the mouse, hover over the tab to open the context menu, and select "Change settings",
