Partial speech tagger in PHP?

I am looking for a simple piece of speech or code that I can download. My criteria are that they should be easy to use and available for free.

Do you know such a library?

You will probably find more if you find Google for "PHP POS PHP Tags". I also have a rudimentary PHP shell for Stanford POS POS testers (which runs in Java), and I would be happy with open source, but since loading the model can take up to five seconds, you may want to use one of the tools related c above if your goal is real-time processing. (You only need to load the model once per session.)
