Windows Phone List Update List

I am wondering if there is a way to implement the dropdown update function for a list. I followed this link to implement this function. When I set "ManipulationMode = Control", the scroll scrolling performance is so poor that it does not depend on me.

I also followed this link to detect the state of top compression, but when I scroll to the top, a top compression event occurs. I need the refresh event to not fire until the user has pulled out the list, holding it white or not lowering the top of the list. Moreover, HorizontalCompression and VerticalCompression are only supported in 0s7.1.

I find a way to implement this feature in a few days. I would be grateful if Soneon could give me some advice. Thanks.

I personally only support Mango, but I understand and respect that other regions may need to continue supporting devices until Mango.
