Design Pattern for Intelligent AI Agents

There is a recommended design pattern for designing an AI scenario, consisting of several intelligent agents that do not need to interact with each other.

Do you think this is basically a scheme that follows the proper construction of the facility and deconstruction? Some multiplexing, opening a new agent and then removing the agent after the job is completed

any recommendations here?

thanks!
