I am watching bootstrap and I see all these comments:

Q: Is it for the LESS structure, or are they just French?

Maybe I'm wrong, but since they are just comments, they should be French!

It has nothing to do with LESS, since comments in LESS code (as well as in CSS) are ignored; those. they are just “French”, as you put it!

EDIT: Also, the comments you are talking about are on the HTML page, which cannot affect the imported files in any way :)
