Is it possible to host RabbitMQ Server publicly over the Internet?

I need a messaging system that will be available to remote distributed clients over the Internet. It must be secure and encrypted (SSL?). Does RabbitMQ support this natively or do I need to use WCF Wrapper? Both the server and the clients are .Net on Windows.

RabbitMQ runs on TCP, so you can certainly expose it over the Internet. It also supports secure SSL connections .
