Icon Size for Android Tablet

I created four versions of my launcher icon for ldpi, mdpi, hdpi, and xhdpi devices. They have sizes 36x36, 48x48, 72x72 and 96x96.

I am wondering what will happen when using the big screen. Compression of large screens is 7 "+ in size ldpi, the large screen, of course, does not want the image 32x32-icons located in the drawable-ldpi folder.

I cannot find anything in the developer's guide that indicates what icon sizes are assigned for large and large devices. Presumably, I would put a large copy of the icon in the drawable-large and drawable-xlarge . However, I do not know what sizes to use. Does anyone have any recommendations?

A 7-10 "tablet does not require anything unusually large. You do not need anything more than the 96x96 startup icon for this use case. The table in the" Launch Icons "section of project documents that show which sizes correspond to which densities.

Check out the Declar Tablet Layouts section of the design documentation for more information on how to organize resources for 7-10-inch screens. (Please note that the resource used will depend on the density of the screen, it is possible that the 7-inch tablet will have an mdpi screen.)

Google provides an online tool called Android Assest Studio that creates the right sized startup icons for you. http://android-ui-utils.googlecode.com/hg/asset-studio/dist/icons-launcher.html
