Spock compiler plugin could not start because

Tried to complete the tutorial here: http://rwinch.blogspot.com/2011/03/running-spring-securitys-tutorial.html

We downloaded git: //github.com/SpringSource/spring -security.git and got many projects inside the Spring Source ToolSuite. Two of them contain an error ( spring-security-config and spring-security-samples-cassample )

 package org.springframework.security.config.http

I am completely new to Groovy. So can you give me a hint what to just do to update Spock 0.5.0- groovy -1.7 somehow?

Solved by adding command line options

  -groovy.compiler.level 17

for quick access to STS.
