Team Foundation Server - Troubleshooting Issues

I had a problem with TFS, I connected to the wrong network and tried to open the solution, and it gave an error: "cannot connect to tfs". Ok, I closed the solution, and I switched to the correct network, and now it says: "The solution seems to be under source control, but there are no bla bla bindings."

I check the Team Explorer tab and shows that it is connected, but the solution, the projects have lost interest in tfs in some way.

When I say “Change Source Control” and try to “link” all projects, he asks me to check every project, but now I don’t want to deal with conflicts, I need my checked files,

Has anyone encountered this problem and solved it?

Ok, I think I found a solution:

Right-click on the solution and select "Add Source Management Solution." Then he says something like “Are you sure? This project already seems to be under some source control,” click “Ignore everything” for everything that appears. And alt, your bindings magically returned to order. I really don't know why or how. it happened.

But this operation can check your solution file if it has not already been verified.
