How to add ajax link in asp.net?

suggest me if all ajax resource files are needed?

look at the screenshot, when I add ajax dll to the web application, it adds all resource files (in the box with red color)

can delete all resource files? can they cause problems?

Right-click the link in Solution Explorer and select Add Link, select the "Overview" tab, select "AjaxToolkit.dll" from the "bin" folder from the project folder.
