How to fix REJECT NON FAST FORWARD error on Github?

Yesterday and for several months I was able to push / lock. But since a few hours ago I can’t commit and go into my own repository anymore. I have 2 new employees and they have the same problem as me.

How to resolve this?

What if you run git status after the third step. I think you need to run git commit after the third step, and then move on to the fourth.
