Access playlist folder structure from Spotify app?

Using the Spotify Apps API, you can access the user's playlists. But is it possible to access the folder structure in which playlists are stored? If so, how?

No, unfortunately, this is currently not possible.

If someone wonders which folders, here is a folder called Test. Just drag and drop playlists into a folder to add them to it.
