Highlight a piece of codes with Eclipse

I want to know if an Eclipse plugin exists to highlight some snippets of code. We are a team that needs to upgrade the application to a new version, and we need to know a code that has already been reused or considered useless.

The goal is at the end of the update to quickly identify code that is not allocated, to check why this code has not been reused (or considered useless).

Thanks,
