Ruby on Rails 3.2 compiled assets not working

Question

Is this a bug in the Rails resource? I do not see what I am doing wrong. Could you help me? I do not want to do compilation on demand ...

Try bundle exec rake assets:precompile then check in the public / assets folder if all the necessary assets are there.
