Source for pthread for 64-bit windows

Question

I have an open source project that should be built under Win32 / Win64 / Linux / MacOSX.

We would like to use pthreads to support our multi-threaded paradigm, however, since my project is open source, everything needs to be built from the source. Therefore, I need source code files for the pthreads version that will compile on Win64.

Does anyone know where I can find the specified files?

Not a direct replacement for pthreads, but SDL2 has a streaming interface that is very similar to pthreads and will allow you to build on linux, osx, windows, android, ios.
