We are trying to test our mobile website on various Android simulators, since we cannot buy them. We need to test it for Android Firefox as a requirement from the client.

So, according to this site, if you have a device without the Android Market (i.e. your emulator), you can download it directly from your FTP server:

Of course, you will have to update it yourself, but for testing everything should be fine. Then install it, like any other apk file ( example ).
