How to get android ice cream sandwich alert dialogue dialogue topic?

I have activity with the theme "ALert.Dialog", but when I run the code, I do not see the kind of sandwich with ice cream and android, i.e. the name is not blue, and the background is not grayish-black, and the separator is not blue, as in an ice cream sandwich.
