Simulate flakiness connection on Windows Phone 7 simulator for testing

I am developing an application for Windows Phone 7. Now to test my application on a simulator. I want the simulator to have a broken connection, as usual on our wp7 device. How can I achieve this, please help.

The Windows Phone 8.0 SDK supports network modeling . You can use 2G / 3G / Wi-Fi and network.

You need to test it from the device ...

The function "NetworkInterface.GetIsNetworkAvailable ()" checks if the smartphone is connected to the Internet. However, this function will always return true from the emulator.

I would just unplug and unplug the Ethernet cable to "simulate" flakiness.

My solution is to check things on the train to and from work. I get and lose my internet connection 3 or 4 times on my trip, so it is perfect for me :)
