How to update uid

Question

I will learn how to localize a project.

I added UICulture to the .csproj file as well as to the build file:

[assembly: NeutralResourcesLanguage("en-US", UltimateResourceFallbackLocation.Satellite)] 

but now in the book that I am following, I am instructed to update the elements with uid.

I do not know where to do the above

I haveto call msbuild (which I am not sure from what) and should use

 msbuild /t:updateuid ProjectName.csproj. 

I know his very simple question.

I found Msbuild by looking at the microsoft.net version, and also changing the path, and using the msbuild command I was able to update.
