Netbeans sftp download "only new"

I work with Netbeans 7.0.1 (for PHP) and synchronize some files via sftp from two places.

If I download a folder on one computer, Netbeans displays a list of all files in which only modified files are marked for files. I do the same on my other PC, but now it always checks all the files to download.

How is it that Netbeans can detect file changes on one computer, but not on another? Am I messing up the configuration or problem with the Java version?

I have seen similar synchronization behavior with the SFTP command in Eclipse. Sometimes it happens that when you check or upload a file on the server, this file will be marked as modified by the server file system, although it is not. Check the timestamps on the files and folders of the server and check if they have changed after synchronization or downloading. I still don't know exactly what causes this, but I just put it there if your problem is related.
