Paypal Express Checkout Integration into custom php

Question

How to integrate PayPal express order into my regular php basket? I came to the conclusion that I need the expresscheckout.php page and paypalfunction.php for this? where can i get these two files? Plese give me a step-by-step complete guide. I am very new to this. Please help me.
