How to increase SSRS performance

I have a report with four charts, each of which has one dataset behind it, the performance on the db side is very good, however I spend almost 95% of the time on the report rendering step. Are there any options in SSRS to increase rendering efficiency?

Is there a way to get more detailed information, where is the time consumed during the rendering process?

From RowCount it seems that all the individual records are retrieved in the report and that the report summarizes them on the chart. Have you tried to generalize in queries and only visualize the summarized data in the report on graphs?
