Is there a standard way to create Atom podcasts?

A search for an “atomic podcast” finds me podcasts about atoms that I'm sure are fascinating, but not what I'm looking for. I created an RSS feed for the podcast, but I would like to replace it with Atom, which seems to be better defined and more able to include arbitrary HTML content.

Use the link enclosure (or more) in the entry subtree.
