I need the payment information, the shipping method and the payment method on the verification page to be disabled because I do not need them. How can I do this or is there a module that can disable them?

As far as I know, nothing has been done, and this is really not something that you can easily do. Many functions use these addresses. It is also part of the order insertion details and part of the order table, so it is very difficult to delete without breaking things.
