Can you determine which web server is running on my localhost: 8000?

The web server does not start immediately; it starts a few minutes after logging in. The resource monitor shows that the "System" is listening on port 8000.

I am using Windows 7 Professional. I installed XAMMP and Aptana , but they are uninstalled. I have installed Visual Studio 2010, but there was no web development with it.

netstat -ao or Sysinternals TCPView lists the sockets and the process that opened them. Sysinternals ProcessExplorer shows the process and services hosted in this process. This should help you keep track of which process / service is starting the web server.
