Is it possible to install Launch4J so that the exe files that it creates cannot display its contents through a zip / egg / rar file when you click on it / open it?

Launch4J is a converter for converter. I used Launch4J to convert jar to exe, but when I right-click on this exe file created by Launch4J, it shows the contents of the jar file (class files, etc.) from which it was made when I right-click mouse click on this exe file. Any way to disable this and disable the display of its contents when opened with zip / rar / egg / jar?

This is a meaningless undertaking. It is very easy to extract class files from a running JVM. Hiding them in an executable is how to make your windows safe, but leaving your door open. Using an obfuscator is your only chance to make it harder to remake your implementation.

• Launch4J really does not create normal exe files. It makes a self-extracting archive (SFX). when you click on an exe file (made by Launch4J) it is extracted into your jre directory and then executes the main jar application file.

  Therefore, they must be extractable. You cannot change them. If you do, they will not work.
