I created 3 ReportViewer and have to do 7 more and they all have the same title (date and name logo)
Is there a way to reuse parts of the report (e.g. heading, footer)? I can’t be the first to need this function. :) I was looking for MSDN a bit and a lot on SO, but could not find anything, please help. Even a link in the right direction will be ambiguous.
I tried to combine with the subtitles for several days, but could not get anything to work, but I just need to try harder or is there another way?
It’s not that I can’t create the last 7 reports individually, it just means that it’s wrong, but not reusing anything, so I don’t want to know more about it.
Update: Yes, it can be done. The most difficult part is to reduce the parameters to a subheading.
Update2: Some tips on the hard part, I know I'm getting better. 1) Parent report, add parameters in the report data window. After that, right-click on the subtitle and select properties. You should also add the parameters here and indicate the name of the subtitle (with .rdlc) 2) Sub report, Add the parameters in the report data window 3) I checked "All empty value (" ") and" Allow null value ".
