What component types does the salesforce.com * not * metadata API support?

Question

I am looking for a list of component types that the Salesforce.com metadata support API does not support. As an example, I do not believe that it supports assignment rules.

Someone from salesforce published the list some time ago, but I cannot find it and I do not know if it is being updated.
