What if someone installs one application from the market, and then removes it, and then installs it again, and the number of installations is still increasing?

If you look at your market “Publish” -Dashboard, you will see two numbers for your application: the number of downloads and the number of current installations. Market application shows the first digit. Therefore, installing the application, uninstalling it and reinstalling it will not lead to an artificial increase in the number of downloads.
