Create a custom DNS error page

I am creating a new extension and I would like to customize the default error page in Google Chrome. I looked at the Override Pages documentation here , but have not yet found anything about customizing the page I specified.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Server ____ was not found because DNS lookups failed. DNS is a network service that translates a website name into its Internet address. This error is most often caused by a lack of an Internet connection or an improperly configured network. It could also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network. Here are some tips: Reload this web page later. Check your internet connection. Restart any router, modem, or other network devices that you can use. Check your DNS Settings. If you are not sure, contact your network administrator what this means. chrome.override not intended for this. Instead, you can detect a DNS resolution error using the chrome.webRequest API . If you see this error, you can load another url in the tab. Something like that:
