Any eclipse plugin for Intel fortran compiler?

I recently installed the Intel FORTRAN 11 compiler on Linux. On the way to installation, there is a folder with eclipse plugins. Looking at the Intel website, I can’t find any homepage for this plugin. Interestingly, someone already installed the Intel Fortran 11 plugin for eclipse. If so, how should it be installed? I saw this post . it's about idb not a compiler.

Photran is a Fortran IDE plugin for Eclipse. It supports most commonly used compilers, including the Intel Fortran compiler.
