MySQL Connector License

I would like to know if I can use the MySQL Connector (libmysql.dll) with the Lazarus commercial project. As far as I know, this is under the GNU GPL.

Not if you want to sell your final product, if you do not want to license it also under the GPL. The MySQL Connector also provides commercial licenses for this purpose.
