Convert gmake makefile to create makefile?

Is there any utility for converting the GNU Makefile for gmake to Makefile that can be used for make (FreeBSD-make)?

This utility is called a developer (programmer, creator of a guru, ...) :-) Seriously, the AI required for this task is quite complicated, and the demand for automatic conversion is close enough to epsilon, and no one will seriously consider its programming.

If you have a GNU make file, it is best to use GNU make.

It is unlikely that there is one, because there are things that you can do in GNU make that you cannot do in other versions of make . In particular, macro functions for string management and conventions in the makefile are usually not available.
