How to get Facebook APP ID on my website?

First of all, my simple goal is to add the Facebook login button on my website. Therefore, I turn to the description of the login button.

I have to be fat, but I can not get the APP ID. The Authentication section says: “The JavaScript SDK requires you to register your site using Facebook in order to get the application identifier (or appId).” By clicking "Register Your Site," I will be taken to the APPS page. And since the login button is indicated in the "Websites" section, I click on it and it just takes me to another page that says that I have to register my site. I am ready to pull out the hair that I have left.

What am I missing? Do I need to create a "new" application? I can’t call him login, because, apparently, he already exists.

You need to create an application here:

http://developers.facebook.com/

Click Applications → Create New Application

Give the application a name, etc. you will need to add the URL of your websites to the Website section.
