Facebook, like a button, changes from an external URL to a facebook page

I have a website with a Facebook Like button on the home page. The URL for the Like button is www.domain.com. I have a bunch of users who liked my URL.

After a while, I created a Facebook page for my site and changed the destination of the Like button to the URL of the Facebook page.

Can I connect a website to my Facebook page? Can I move my favorite sites from site to page?

If you still want to have separate counters, then the answer is no - you cannot "move" preferences from one URL to another.

However, I recommend going to facebook and trying to solve this problem with them.
