Disable checkbox WebKit CSS Inspector is disabled to use

Is there a way to move checkboxes that prohibit CSS styles in the WebKit inspector that are baked in Safari and Google Chrome on the right side to the left, next to the Firefox Firebug ad? To disable styles, you need to go to the far right, which can be difficult to trace when the list of style declarations is very long. In addition, sometimes new Leo-style scrollbars can accidentally hit. I heard that even the Web Inspector in WebKit is laid out via CSS, so this should be relatively easy. Any help? Even if someone can get me in the stylesheet for the WebKit inspector, I could figure out CSS. Thanks in advance!
