Update JPanel and attributes in gui with user defined timer?

So, I have this class. We will call it ProcessBox. I have another class called Process that has a ProcessBox as a member variable. Then in my main method, I have ArrayList of Process objects (each of which has its own ProcessBox). How can I do this so that my ProcessBox updates every x ms (where x is specified by the user. I already have a listener for input x done). Below is my ProcessBox class. This is what I want to redraw every x ms (except for their entire list).
