Convert iPhone app to Android app or vice versa

Is there any tool that can convert an iPhone app to an Android app or vice versa?

Even if such a tool exists (I still don’t know), you will not want to use it if your application is really very simple. There are many differences between the iPhone and Android in the architecture of the visual components and how they work, and there are different rules that apply here, but do not apply there. Therefore, assuming that this tool exists, its final result will allow you to lose all the special functions of the second platform, which will lead to the creation of a very simple application. To do this, the best way to do the conversion is to program the application on another platform again and use its functions.

there is no such way. But you can try something like phonegap http://phonegap.com/

You can convert Android to iPhone:

http://xmlvm.org/overview/

The platforms are different from each other, so I would not recommend this for everyone except the simplest applications, but maybe I suppose.

If we are talking about conversion tools, for example, if you already have an iphone application / source, and you want it to be converted to an Android application ... well, there are no such tools that can perform this conversion.

If you want to keep the source code the same (encoded once), and then you can compile it for different platforms to create iphone / android assemblies ... yes ... it is possible now ...

Adobe has one solution: a unified development solution

another may be titanium:

Hope this helps ..

Do not waste time on tools, I agree with antf, the best way is to restore the application again.

apportable is a compilation of iphone apps for andriod apps. I still work with him, so I can’t say how effective he is. But its a compilation. website: http://www.apportable.com/ sdk is in the 1st version, I hope it will become more universal.
