BOOST ASIO IO_Service and Socket

Question

To achieve data locality, I start the io_service thread for each processor in a multiprocessor system. I want to always send data and read data from a thread started by io_ service , and next to my runtime kernel. But I found that the socket has a one on one relationship with io_service and io_service has a one on one relationship with the stream. Is there a way I can assign one socket to another io_service after creating it?
