Svctraceviewer exe on Windows Server 2008 Enterprise Server

Question

I have a WCF service running on a Windows 2008 Enterprise Server. I just turned on tracing in the App.config service. I am trying to find svctraceviewer.exe on the server and cannot.

I tried google and they say it will be in C: \ Program Files \ Microsoft SDK \ Windows \ v6.1 \ Bin \ SvcTraceViewer.exe. But I do not have this folder on the Windows 2008 server. I see all versions of the .Net Framework in C: \ Windows \ Microsoft.NET

On my car (2008) is her:

C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft SDK \ Windows \ v7.0A \ Bin \ SvcTraceViewer.exe

It is included in the Windows SDK for Windows Server 2008 and the .NET Framework 3.5.
