Facebook invites issue with friends dialog

We have connected Facebook Connect to our site, including the function of inviting friends.

The funny thing is that some users can see the full dialog, and some users can see this dialog in the image shown below.

Any ideas?

The workaround is to display the prompt dialog as a popup.
